Many of us are aware and excited, that the overwhelming majority of states here in the USA have finally passed legislation, legalizing medical cannabis. However, many are unaware that in a few of those states, incredibly heavy restrictions are still placed on the raw flower of the cannabis plant. Instead of simply selling the natural plant, these states are selling only fully processed “CBD” (Cannabidiol) oil. One of at least 113 active cannabinoids, in the cannabis plant. For some, that is fine. The form of medication works, and may be all that is needed. For many others, that is not the case. Cannabis contains a vast amount of beneficial nutrients and compounds helpful to the body. We can not extract only one of those counterparts (CBD), and present that, as “THE” only medical active ingredient in the this miracle plant. Cannabis has been used and consumed for industry and wholistic health, for proven centuries, and probable eons.
So what can we do, to make the natural raw form of this sacred medicinal herb more widely available today, for those who need it’s full array of benefits?
What can we do to take the power back, over our medicines, our bodies, our lives?
To protect our loved ones, and ourselves?
We can start by informing ourselves of these issues, by communicating them in a clear, compassionate, and cohesive way, to those around us. Likewise, to contact the officials sitting in office, who’s job it is, to act accordingly, with respects to the best wishes of the majority of citizens, with the will to preserve the health of our environment, and our people. We are the Change!
Cannabis is indeed the cure, for many ails of our culture. And naturally, for the world as a whole…
No more drilling for fuels.
No more cutting trees for paper, nor for building.
No more deaths to opioid addiction.
No more shambles housing for impoverish people or communities.
No more war for resources.
No more power in the hands of the greedy.
And the list goes on. There are more beneficial and medicinal plants, here since the beginning of time.
The miracle of cannabis is not just a single CBD compound that you can extract from some worthless weed, that is otherwise “offensive”. The miracle of cannabis is not even its otherworldly medicinal properties alone. The true miracle of the hearty herb is that it can and will, (when used at its whole, and full potential) change the very values and structure of our “modern” society. Setting the way for new perspectives, new opportunities, and a shift of power back to the people. A faster growing mutual relation to nature within our culture. In essence, through all aspects of the cannabis/hemp industry, we have begun taking big steps, towards restoring this world, and towards achieving our full collective potential.
