Our nitrogen comes from whole fish solubles (preserving living enzymes) and a blend of cold-processed seaweed designed to deliver NPK in the most plant compatible form available. Our Seaweed is made from the entire Ascophylum nodosum plant, it is NOT a seaweed extract. It also contains trace minerals which act as co-factors in plant metabolism. The trace minerals are ideal for root development of new plantings and give your plant a good strong start.
Our complex minerals that we use in our Superfood blend increases the activity of several enzymes, including those involved with metabolizing RNA and DNA, which result in a healthier, stronger and disease resistant plant. Complex Minerals also improve the rate of growth, development of roots and shoots and increases crop yield. For hydro growers, the mineral complex component in Superfood is vital in catalyzing the breakdown of toxic pollutants and scavenging heavy metals in soils and aquatic solutions. It acts as a chelator and carrier of nutrients.
We use a Super Algae in our Superfood blend. Our living green algae and yellow-green algae single cells are suspended in fresh water. They are able to promptly reproduce to provide soil structure benefits, provide nutrients for plants, and act as an irrigation system cleaning agent. Our Algae is 100% natural and can be used with any irrigation system for fertilization It is important to note that this product is very good for hydro and drip irrigation systems as it has the added benefit of assisting in keeping your irrigation systems clean.
