I have been a Patient Cardholder for a short time. After a few years of struggling with my own health condition, I began asking questions about the medical cannabis program and was introduced to some of the edibles; Cookies and Chocolates. It was noticeable to me and kept standing out in my mind: how I was able to feel a comfortable tolerance with my condition and allow me to be social with my career, friends and family. I talked to several patients while helping them find apartments and houses that were able to accommodate their desire to grow their own medicine.
I am different from the typical Real Estate Broker and have invested in people, and other 2nd chance tenants. I also have helped lift individuals coming out of transitional period’s in their lives and have a couple of halfway houses in the Albuquerque area. This is where PPLs fit in. I look at this differently and am helping the PPL tenant to achieve a healthier life by access to PPL compassionate homes. I see this program and access to medical cannabis as a great thing for many people. Whether it remains as a strict medical state or mirrors other states like Colorado, it helps people supplement from other drugs and dangerous side effects.
